SubBook offers you a great opportunity to bring all of your favorite pictures to life using our simple photobook app, which protects and treasures life’s most amazing memories.

 

2. Is SubBook environmentally friendly?

SubBook is always searching for new ways to become more environmentally friendly. If you are working for an organization, which has suggestions for doing so, we would love to hear from you via mail: support@subbook.com.

3. Can I find you on social media?

You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram and get our newest updated versions in the App Store. You can also check out our YouTube videos and the SubBlog here on our website, where you can learn more about photography and other exciting photo related posts.

 

4. Can I order using my phone?

All purchases must be done in our app for iPhones. We like to do things as fast and simple as possible, and therefore we have made sure to make this the case for you as well.

 

5. Is my personal information confidential?

You can be certain that your personal information is being handled with caution and confidentiality. For more information you can read our privacy policy.

 

6. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept most credit cards. All payments are processed in a safe system delivered by Stripe. Any communication between you and Stripe are encrypted.

 

7. Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are not able to redirect your delivery to a different address after it has been dispatched.

 

8. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your photobook after it has been sent to print. However, if you would like to reorder extra books for yourself or for family or friends, you can easily do so in our app under “Previous orders”.

 

9. My question wasn’t answered. How do I get in contact with someone?

You are more than welcome to contact us via our mail support@subbook.com, where we will be happy to answer your questions! You can expect an answer within 24 hours.
